joya id's weekly reload reward offers 30% of eligible deposits each week, up to a maximum of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement is 12 times and the minimum deposit is ৳100. Example: a ৳2,000 deposit earns a ৳600 bonus, with wagering of ৳600 × 12 = ৳7,200.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
- Bonuses may only be used through the registered account — transferring a bonus to another person's account is prohibited.
- joya id reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
VIP Program and Cashback Benefits
joya id's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya id platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts or collectively fulfilling bonus conditions with the intention of exploiting bonus benefits.
- Any activity involving money laundering or illegal movement of funds.
- Playing using automated bots or software.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform to gain an advantage.
- Using another user's account or attempting to access their account.
- Attempting to verify identity using false or altered documents.
